The WD100 Cable Detector from Guartel Technologies Ltd. is designed specifically to detectIED command wires – surface and subsurface.
The detector is designed for use by trained teams in Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) and CounterTerrorist Search (CTS) operations. The WD100 meets the UK Defence Standards (DEFSTANS) and is suitable foruse in all weather conditions; the search head is waterproof and can be immersed in water, especially useful whensearching water obstacles. The WD100 ergonomic design alls the operator to operate for long periods – essentialwhen conducting route searches.
The WD100 is a field-proven and vital tool for all agencies involved in CIED and CTS operations and is in use withNATO and other military and police forces worldwide. The WD100 is supplied in a Storm™ transport/storagecase with custom foam cutouts.
