Description
The ChemBarrier and ChemBarrier PLUS bags are designed to facilitate hazardous waste disposal by eliminatng the need for mult-bagging. The bags are manufactured using flm has been evaluated against more than 250 toxic industrial chemicals (TICs), toxic industrial materials (TIMs), chemical warfare agents (CWA) and biological/viral agents.
The ChemBarrier Bag Plus is constructed with a laminate of two mult-layer, high-performance thermoplastc flms that have been utlized in chemical protectve apparel since 2007. The ChemBarrier PLUS flm is approximately 1/3 the thickness of other containment bags providing a weight and volume benefit.
The ChemBarrier Plus provides improved chemical resistance, tear resistance, and general toughness. Accelerated aging studies (thermal aging at 125°F) demonstrated that the flm is shelf stable for up to ten-(10) years. The ChemBarrier Bag is constructed with a single high performance clear thermoplastc flm similar to the ChemBarrier PLUS bag
