U.S. Chemical Storage FireLoc™ buildings are 2-hour fire-rated chemical storage buildings that can be used for flammable liquid storage. Constructed from high-quality steel, all buildings include built-in, leak-tested secondary containment sumps for spill containment, coal tar undercoating, and chemical and weather-resistant coatings inside and out. FireLoc™ chemical storage buildings are designed for storing flammables, combustibles, and other chemicals that require a fire rating when located 10-to 30-feet from another occupied facility or property line.*

You can modify your FireLoc™ chemical storage building to include explosion prevention systems or explosion relief construction to allow for the storage, mixing, dispensing, and pouring of Class 1A, 1B and 1C flammables.
